In the field of power industry,the development of new reactive power compensation device has always been a very active research dimension.The controllable reactor as its core component of regulating the reactive power,improving power quality,will directly affect the compensation effect.Unlikely DC controllable reactor and thyristor controllable reactor,the magnet control reactor is a new and more advanced reactor in principle and effect.It has many advantages,such as high reliability,low cost,good linearity and so on,it has been widely used in the field of reactive power compensation,especially in the ground fault arc extinguishing device of distribution network.This paper firstly introduces the types of arc-suppression reactor and development process of MCR.Then analyze the single-phase grounding fault of the voltage and current vector changes before and after the fault,and gives the compensation principle of arc suppression coil neutral grounding.Also give the electromagnetic equation of magnet controllable reactor in different switch work mode.Then,focus on the MCR design process,and using the formula calculate the required parameters for a rated voltage 220V,rated capacity of lOkVA small MCR reactor.Firstly,modeling and simulating the reactor by Saber Sketch,the mainly analysis is MCR current range.Then actually manufacturing a single-phase three pole prototype,using AVR microcontroller as a trigger control unit,measured at different angles of trigger current value,and compared with the simulation results,the calculation of parameter validation.Finally,under the environment of Ansys/Simplorer combined with Simulink,a lOkV distribution network model is established,and its parameters are measured by the principle of tuning measurement.According to the parameters of power grid,using calculation formula design parameters of the MCR,and to establish the 2D transient model in Maxwell,then Simplorer and Simulink combined with combined field circuit coupled modeling and simulation,simulation of single-phase grounding fault occurs,the compensation change current waveform of magnetic control arc suppression reactor,and its field distribution.
