In this paper,the two main means of passive noise,sound insulation and sound absorption,as the starting point.The main physical parameters of acoustic materials or components are studied,such as transmission coefficient,reflection coefficient,sound insulation,sound absorption coefficient and surface acoustic impedance.Secondly,a multi parameter measurement system is designed.The hardware is mainly composed of a series of interchangeable and universal impedance tube testing devices.The software part is mainly composed of LabVIEW and Matlab compiled,including online data acquisition and display is realized by LabVIEW,converted to various acoustic parameters by pressure is realized by Matlab subroutine;interface program to achieve the LabVIEW Matlab call to the subroutine,which will be a variety of testing method of acoustic test framework and integration in a set of signal analysis and processing virtual test system.Furthermore,the acoustic properties of the acrylic plate,sponge and muffler are studied by finite element simulation,theoretical calculation and experimental methods,and the calibration of the developed test system was completed.Finally,based on the principle of Helmholtz resonator,a new method for measuring the volume of flexible packaging liquid is presented.The maximum error is less than 2.5%.The average error of multi parameter measurement system of acoustic components on the transmission loss of sound insulation or the test is less than 2dB,absorption coefficient testing,reflection and transmission of acoustic impedance and the average error is less than 5%,proved that this system has the practical engineering.The use of acoustic components multi parameter measurement system of the relevant acoustic test has a high accuracy,the design of the measurement system,the above parameters can be achieved online measurement.
