When a high-speed train passes the trackside acoustic detection system,there is a certain distance between the train bearing sound source and the microphone,which makes the collected signal and the actual sound source signal have certain differences.This leads to many technical difficulties in signal processing of acoustic detection technology.At present,my country’s trackside acoustic detection system mainly adopts the introduction of foreign advanced technology,and the existing trackside acoustic detection system is difficult to carry out continuous analysis and debugging on site.Therefore,building a trackside acoustic detection test bench to simulate the motion acoustic signals of rolling bearings under low speed and loading conditions is of great significance for exploring more TADS algorithms and saving resources.At the same time,it can more intuitively verify the theoretical calculation results,analyze the influence of different factors,and provide experimental support for algorithms and teaching and research,with high practical value.Based on the actual trackside acoustic detection system,this paper builds a small dynamic experimental platform for trackside acoustic detection that can simulate the acoustic signals of the bearing motion during the train.The experimental platform can simulate the dynamic acoustic signals of different fault types of rolling bearings,and can realize the control of bearing motion state by the upper computer as well as the acquisition and analysis of acoustic signals,which creates conditions for the development of acoustic experiments.The platform mainly includes mechanical design part,motor control part and acoustic signal acquisition and analysis part.The mechanical design part mainly completed the design and construction of a small rolling bearing loading fault simulation experiment bench;the motor control part realizes the linkage control of the rolling bearing loading test bench servo drive motor and the track servo drive motor based on Lab VIEW,including the one-way mode and the reciprocating mode.It can control the start,speed,stroke,direction,stop and other motion states of the two servo motors;the acoustic signal acquisition and analysis part mainly completes the acquisition,display,storage,and time-frequency domain analysis of acoustic signals.Finally,through static and dynamic experimental verification,the results show that the trackside acoustic detection experimental platform has a reasonable structure design and a stable system,which can be applied to the trackside acoustic detection experiment.
