In the servo control system,Position servo system because of the amount of change in response to a physical variable signal faster velocity or acceleration of change and a type difficult to track,So this type of servo system structure is more complex.Today's servo control system has been widely used in various fields of scientific research,which is the accuracy of the location of the positioning of the object is put forward a higher demand.It has important implications for research and development and high precision servo system response position.With the help of programmable chip system technology(SOPC)and electronic design automation technology(EDA),this paper proposes a corner position decoding scheme with controller and dedicated decoder chip core,combined with peripheral working circuit.Design of the controller based on FPGA.based resolver angular position measuring system,the system can angular position information within the range of 360 ° decoded.Designed to use the 40 MHz FPGA chip and the special decoder chip to ensure that the system has a higher speed and accurate decoding accuracy.Based on the error source and analysis of the whole decoding system,a data error correction method based on software intervention is proposed,which only controls the decoding precision of the system within 0.01 °.The output of the system is divided into analog signal and digital signal in two forms to achieve different functional purposes.From a practical engineering paper,experimental platform,use special decoding device as a reference based on both the angle finally decoded digital and analog output waveform for comparison.Experimental results show that the system is designed to work properly,the speed of response and accuracy of the basic design requirements.
