The resolver is typically used position and speed measurement in the field of electric vehicles and servo control due to its high efficiency,high reliability and strong environmental tolerance.Usually resolver input high frequency excitation signals and outputs high frequency sin and cos signals containing angular position information.However,it is difficult to obtain useful angular position information from the output signal.Therefore,this paper takes the resolver as the research object,designs a single-chip resolver decoding system,and proposes a high-precision linear decoding technology based on the study of the decoding system,and addresses the errors in the algorithm.A compensation algorithm is proposed,and the error of the algorithm is theoretically calculated.In order to further test the feasibility and effectiveness of the technology,the circuit implementation of each program and the program implementation of each module are simulated and analyzed.By comparing the simulation data with the experimental data,the characteristics and application scope of the two decoding ideas are summarized,which has important research significance and extensive engineering practical value.Firstly,the thesis expounds the background of the subject research and the development status of the resolver decoding technology at home and abroad.At the same time,a single-chip decoding system is constructed,and the vital circuits involved in the system are analyzed in detail and tested in practice.Reliable decoding system,the test interface of the upper computer is written,and the data uploaded by the serial port are converted and displayed as data and graph curves.Secondly,based on the research of the tracking axis angle conversion algorithm,a linear decoding algorithm is proposed,and the linear decoding algorithm is theoretically derived and modeled,analyzed and verified,and the two schemes are compared based on experimental data and simulation data.Summarized their respective characteristics.At the same time,for the problem that the decoding accuracy needs to be improved in the linear decoding algorithm,an in-depth study is carried out,and an accuracy compensation algorithm is proposed,which makes the accuracy significantly improved.Finally,according to the system accuracy comparison experiment,it is verified that the system complies with the technical requirements.At the same time,the experimental data and decoding system are analyzed,the existing errors are theoretically analyzed,and the error curve is function-fitted by the experimental data.The fitting results were confirmed.Taking the actual engineering indicators as the starting point,the thesis combined with the resolver angular displacement test platform to complete the test and analysis of the accuracy of angular displacement decoding at various resolutions,and obtained multiple sets of decoded data.Reasons,proposed error compensation measures,and verified the compensation results.
