Diesel is a power plant with large torque and good economic performance,but it is very easy to cause vibration of the diesel engine equipment vibration and to causedamage to diesel engine equipment.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the vibration mechanism of the diesel engine and to suppress the vibration of the diesel engine in the development of the diesel engine.The development cycle of diesel engines will be shortened and the cost of maintenance of the equipment and the economic losses due to vibration will be reduced if a more reliable and more stable vibration suppression scheme can be used at the design stage of the diesel engine.This paper has carried out the following research and analysis work with four-cylinder diesel engine for the study:(1)The formula of the unbalanced excitation force is deduced based on the crank linkage mechanism inside the diesel engine.Then,the unbalanced excitation force of the multi-cylinder diesel engine is deduced based on the formula of the unbalanced excitation force of the single cylinder Formula,the calculated unbalanced excitation force will be the input parameter of the subsequent machine vibration response.(2)According to the model parameters of diesel engine powertrain system,the simplified model of six-degree-of-freedom rigid body is established.The natural frequency,mode and decoupling rate of the system are obtained by energy decoupling method and the calculation program is written by MATLAB.Then the forced vibration analysis of the diesel engine powertrain system is carried out by adding the unbalanced excitation force to the system,and the displacement characteristics of the diesel engine powertrain system,the transmission rate and the equivalent vibration intensity of the whole machine are obtained as the evaluation index of the diesel engine vibration response.(3)The influence of diesel engine design parameters,diesel engine imbalance force system components and diesel engine balance mechanism design scheme is studied in detail.In the aspect of diesel engine design parameters,the variation law of the vibration intensity of the whole machine under different connecting rod length and crank radius is studied by using the single factor experiment method with the connecting rod length and the crank radius as the main factors.In the aspect of the unbalanced force system,The influence of different unbalanced excitation components on the vibration of the diesel engine is analyzed by comparing the secondary reciprocating inertia force and the overturning moment in the diesel engine.In the aspect of the design of the balancing mechanism,several different balance schemes were selected for comparative analysis by Taking the vibration intensity as the final evaluation index.(4)Diesel engine vibration suppression comprehensive effectiveness analysis software is developed by using MATLAB GUI graphical user interface development tool,The software can realize the unbalanced excitation force calculation and the curve display of the diesel engine powertrain system and caculation of the powertrain system of the modal characteristics,vibration response.At same time,different balanced schemes can be compared and optimized by the software.
