| Faced with increasingly serious environmental problems and energy shortages,scholars around the world are actively seeking new renewable energy sources to replace traditional fossil fuels.Solar energy and wind energy because of its wide distribution,easy to obtain and clean and pollution-free,more and more people pay attention.The intelligent microgrid system,which consists of these new distributed power supplies,energy storage systems and loads,reduces the pressure on the power supply of large power grids,so the development of microgrids shows extremely high practical significance.The energy storage power conversion system plays an important role in the micro-grid system as an important interface between the distributed power supply and the large power grid.The control strategy adopted by the energy storage system is its core technology,Output power quality and voltage and current control has an important impact.In this paper,the school 110KW PV microgrid system as a research platform,design and build a 20KW energy storage power conversion system platform.This paper mainly carried out the following aspects of research work.First introduced the development of new micro-grid and the type and function of energy storage system,Secondly,it mainly analyzes the type,topology and basic working principle of energy storage power converter,and put forward the overall structure design framework,respectively,introduced the function of each module,and analysis of their selection and parameter design,including inverter circuit,LCL filter module,IGBT drive circuit,voltage and current sampling module,and DSP2812 for the control chip design of the main control circuit and its external circuit,but also for some important components of the parameter selection provides the basis and method of calculation,while the key circuit diagram also gives the corresponding design.Thirdly,the corresponding pin of the processor chip DSP2812 is configured,and the principle of SVPWM modulation technology is analyzed and studied deeply.The superiority of the modulation method is verified by SPWM modulation method,the software of the energy storage power conversion system is designed,which mainly includes the design of DSP2812 program initialization,voltage and current sampling program,data calculation program,PWM program,power protection program and PI control program.Finally,the independent tests of the energy storage system are completed and the performance of each index is recorded.The experimental waveforms of the system are analyzed and the theoretical analysis is verified. |
