| There are many island of our country,rich in renewable energy resources,but some island is far from the mainland,there are some problems in grid-connected power facilities construction with great difficulty,high power cost,difficult to ensure reliability of power supply in extreme circumstances,etc.,which have seriously affected the people’s work and life in the island.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a clean and reliable island microgrid system with renewable energy as the core.This topic carries out research on Marine island-type microgrid from two levels of system planning and operation control,aiming at improving the economic efficiency,environmental protection and energy security of Marine island-type microgrid,providing decision-making basis for optimal operation of Marine island-type microgrid,and of great significance for safeguarding our Marine rights and interests.The main research content of this topic is as follows:(1)Taking the research background of microgrid as the entry point,the research status,planning and operation control of microgrid at home and abroad are sorted out,and the framework of island microgrid system including fan,photovoltaic,wave energy,energy storage and alcohol/oil generator is built,and the mathematical model and characteristics of each distributed power generation unit are analyzed.(2)According to the operation characteristics of renewable energy,energy storage and alcohol/oil generators,combined with the net power of the system,two operation strategies are proposed: Strategy 1 considers the soft charging strategy for energy storage,the optimal efficiency strategy for alcohol/oil generators,strategy 2considers the smooth power strategy for energy storage,and the shortest running time strategy for alcohol/oil generators.The overall system takes the consumption and economy of renewable energy as the optimization objective,determines the constraints of the system,and introduces diversified evaluation indicators.(3)For small and large islands,based on typical daily parameters of islands,the two types of islands are scheduled according to strategy 1 and Strategy 2.Through comparison of evaluation indicators and start-stop analysis of alcohol/oil generators and energy storage,it is concluded that the reliability,economy and environmental protection of small islands under strategy 2 are better than those under strategy 2.The conclusion that the reliability,economy and environmental protection of the second strategy is better than that of the first strategy for large islands provides a basis for the daily scheduling and operation of different types of island microgrids.(4)Conduct in-depth analysis and planning of large islands,adopt improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize scheduling,and solve the problems of poor multi-objective robustness and poor economy in optimizing scheduling of large island microgrid system.Further divide island states into normal states and extreme states,and divide extreme states into three situations according to scenarios.From the aspects of system output,energy storage charging and discharging,fuel consumption and stability,the proposed optimization algorithm can significantly improve the economy,reliability and environmental protection of the island microgrid.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the planning and operation control of the island microgrid system is carried out,and corresponding supporting solutions are given according to the requirements of different scenarios,so as to realize the planning of sufficient energy supply for important large islands,and ensure the economy and environmental protection of the islands. |
