With the rapid development of economy, the development of energy resources has been exploited and utilized. So more and more mines have to be built. In the process of mine construction, various engineering problems appear constantly,of which the engi-neering hidden danger caused by frozen soil is more serious.China is one of the bigge-st countries which have large area of cold regions,so the study on the properties of fro-zen soil is of great significance. In the process of soil freezing and temperature change, the properties will be changed accordingly. The influence of thermal conductivity is very important in many thermophysical parameters of soil.In this paper, the experimental model of frozen soil was developed by Anhui Un-iversity Of Science And Technology to simulate the change of frozen soil temperature. In the model test, the freezing pipe was divided into two circles, and the temperature was measured in the lower(-0.6m),middle(-0.3 m)and upper(-0.1m)layers.The theory of support vector machine(SVM)is presented. On the basis of this theory, the support vector machine is used to predict the change of temperature.Based on the finite elem-ent analysis software ANSYS,the frozen soil temperature field model of artificial fr-ozen soil is established, which is used to simulate frozen soil under different thermal conductivity.Based on the theory of inverse analysis of thermal conductivity, the least square method is used to analyze the theory temperature data of the post-processing of ANSYS and the experimental data.An optimal thermal conductivity is determined in the range of thermal conductivity. The accuracy of the equivalent thermal conductivity obtained from the inverse analysis is verified by comparing the simulated temperature and the measured temperature. The equivalent thermal conductivity of the model is 1.875 kj/(m·h·?).In this paper, the frozen soil freezing process is simulated by the indoor model test.Support vector machine is used to predict the temperature in real time, which can effe-ctively predict the change of frozen soil temperature. The simulated temperature curve is in good agreement with the measured temperature curve, which is obtained by finite element software for thermal conductivity inversion. It has a good reference value for the study of frozen soil.
