This manuscript aims to design a multi-function lithium-ion battery test equipment.First of all,there is a brief analysist about the current situation of lithium battery test equipment.According to the needs of the design demand,put forward function and accuracy requirements of the lithium battery test equipment.The hardware part of the test equipment consists of the host computer,microcontroller,and digital power and electronic load.Details of the microcontroller module design including the minimum single-chip system,DC power supply module,circuit conditioning module,parameter acquisition module,Communication module,etc.The main part of the demand of the software part is to design the human-computer interaction interface,the logic of the battery test system and the protection module.Human-computer interaction interface is based on the C # Winform interface,the user through the human-computer interaction interface to control and operation the test system.Battery test program logic includes charge and discharge cycles,capacity testing,HPPC testing.The protection module includes the battery over-voltage,under-voltage,over-current,and high temperature protection.The communication between the host computer and the microcontroller includes the loading and decoding of the Modbus and SPCI communication protocols.After the completion of the above,the device began to start accuracy and stability testing,which include static voltage test,dynamic voltage test,current test,temperature test,battery internal resistance accuracy test.Dynamic stability test is in the battery for a variety of experiments in the process of stability,including whether the software can run properly.Experimental study of the battery in different ambient temperature of aviation lithium battery charge and discharge curve and the battery internal resistance of the law of change.In different temperatures on the battery constant current charge and discharge can be obtained charge and discharge curve,by comparing the battery charge and discharge curve,you can calculate the battery capacity and analysis of the work platform area.The relationship between the polarization resistance and the ohmic resistance of the lithium battery was analyzed by HPPC experiment,and the intrinsic relationship was deduced.On this basis,the battery can be used for the ambient temperature of the appropriate recommendations,and providing the basis for battery SOC estimation.
