Reinforced earth retaining wall is an effective form of soil retaining structure.Because of the application of new technology and new materials,it has been widely used in modern engineering.Compared with the traditional retaining structure,the reinforced earth retaining wall has the advantages of low construction cost,simple and convenient construction and so on.Among them,the unique vertical and horizontal connection structure of geogrid can restrain the local deformation of concrete and reduce the horizontal displacement of retaining wall to improve the overall stability of soil.But at present,the research on the mechanism of reinforcement and the design method are still lagging behind the practical engineering application.In this paper,the mechanism of reinforced earth retaining wall is studied from the following aspects:(1)The action mechanism of reinforced soil is introduced,and the calculation method of reinforced soil is analyzed in detail.(2)Using the finite element software PLAXIS,the horizontal displacement and the potential slip surface of the reinforced earth retaining wall and reinforced earth retaining wall are compared and analyzed.(3)The influence of the cohesion and internal friction angle on the deformation of the retaining wall is analyzed,and the influence of the change of the filling parameters on the deformation of the retaining wall is determined.(4)Analyze the influence of the friction coefficient of the soil and the axial stiffness of the geogrid and the paving method on the deformation of the retaining wall,and determine the influence of the retaining wall.(5)According to the analysis results of the influence factors of reinforced earth retaining wall structure,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the design of reinforced earth retaining wall.Comprehensive analysis of reinforced earth retaining wall theory and finite element numerical calculation method and the results show that the reinforced soil retaining wall compared with the reinforced soil retaining wall stability significantly improved,but the parameters and parameters of Geogrid and soil obviously influence the layout.This paper provides reference for the application and design of reinforced earth retaining wall.
