With the gradual reduction of global fossil fuels and the continued deterioration of the environment,the development of electric vehicles is becoming more and more important.The motor drive can directly affect the performance of electric vehicles.Compared with the traditional asynchronous motor,switched reluctance motor not only has the advantages of simple structure,strong and durable.More importantly,it has a high starting torque and relatively low starting current,and control parameters,speed performance.However,due to their own double salient pole structure and other factors,making the motor in the speed control process there is a large torque ripple.Therefore,this paper uses the switched reluctance motor transient torque control technology,trying to reduce the torque ripple,improve the performance of the switched reluctance motor drive system.In order to reduce the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the switched reluctance motor are analyzed,and then the mathematical model is further deduced.On this basis,the ideal linearization model is analyzed.In the control technology introduced a switched reluctance motor transient torque control technology.The torque hysteresis controller is designed,and the improved hysteresis controller is used to make the instantaneous torque to follow the given torque in real time.In addition,for the switching reluctance motor running rotor at different locations,divided into single-phase conduction area and dual-phase conduction area.The torque and current distribution strategies in the commutation process are analyzed emphatically.Then,the current chopping control,direct torque control and direct instantaneous torque control simulation model are built by using Matlab / Simulink respectively.The superiority of the control method is verified by comparing and analyzing the simulation results.On this basis,the design of the switched reluctance motor transient torque control system hardware circuit,focusing on the power conversion circuit was designed.Finally,to build a STM32F051 as the core of the switched reluctance motor control speed control system experimental platform.Through the analysis of the experimental results,it is further verified that the transient torque control can suppress the effect of current and torque ripple.
