With the gradual liberalization of China's low-altitude airspace,the rapid development of general aviation field,the flight safety between navigation aircraft has become increasingly serious problem.The classification of risk levels during flight flight can effectively avoid flight collisions,collisions and improve flight safety.ADS-B(Broadcast Automatic Correlation Surveillance)technology is used as a new navigation technology recommended by ICAO in the field of general aviation,thanks to good monitoring performance and low investment costs.In this paper,under the ADS-B standard,the construction of the collision model and the risk classification method are studied for the general aviation model.Firstly,this paper analyzes the classical collision model of the aircraft,and improves the traditional EVENT model.The vertical collision model,the parallel collision model and the vertical collision model of the same height with the elliptical cylinder as the collision template are established.Secondly,the parametric algorithms in the three types of collision models are studied,and the parameters such as navigation performance and monitoring performance of airborne equipment based on ADS-B are considered in the process of parameter calculation,which makes the calculation of parameters more accurate.Then,based on the proposed parameter algorithm,the minimum safety interval in the longitudinal,lateral and vertical directions of the navigable aircraft under the ADS-B standard is calculated by using the navigational model of Shijiazhuang Aircraft Industry Co.,Ltd.as a model.In line with the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization flight safety indicators.Finally,for the Shijiazhuang Aircraft Industry Co.,Ltd.navigation models,in the course of flight risk classification.This paper mainly considers the horizontal influencing factors of aircraft,vertical interval,flight path and control mode.The risk factors of aircraft are quantitatively evaluated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The influence weight of each factor is calculated and the influence factors are calculated.Classification,and ultimately divided into low risk,general risk,medium risk,significant risk of four risk levels.On the basis of theoretical research,a set of comprehensive hedging equipment based on ADS-B standard suitable for 3000-meter low altitude flight,including groundintegrated command platform,airborne ADS-B equipment,vehicle ADS-B equipment,Airport ADS-B multi-point positioning base and integrated hedging software system.On this basis,the second developed a comprehensive hedging software system,adding risk classification function,to achieve the selected aircraft risk level division,in the event of a threat conflict,make an alarm.
