| Three screw pump is a kind of typical rotor displacement pump,along with the rapid development in the field of petrochemical industry in China in recent years,expanding the application range of the three screw pump,three screw pump for the demand continues to grow,and the main parts of three screw pump production accuracy requirement is high,and the machining screw forming milling cutter design is more complex,it is also the main reason for the limit screw surface processing technology development,at present our country in the fields of research are relatively weak,so the study of three screw pump rotor is very necessary.This subject investigated in this paper is the screw rotor of the three screw pump,key research is the forming principle of screw surface,processing method and the working force,based the research of space meshing theory and profile design,the feasibility of forming method for screw milling machining is determined.Based on the study of space meshing theory and shape design of forming tool,the feasibility of forming and milling method for screw machining is determined.The forming and cutting of screw of screw type 135 is studied by this theory.And the contact line equation of the forming cutter is used to transform the contact line equation into the tool coordinate system by using the principle of forming milling and the principle of coordinate transformation.The basic milling cutter profile equation is established,and the shape of the milling cutter is designed.Using computer aided design method for screw modeling,simulation of machining process,comparing the screw actual profile and profile of theory and analyze the force of the screw.The results show that the method of screw machining precision meet the production requirements,shows that this processing method is feasible and has the significance to practical production,meet the engineering requirements.Through these studies,this article for the three screw pump screw rotor design provides an important reference,is an extension of the screw surface machining method,the screw spiral line optimization,to improve the force and processing method has a promoting role. |
