| In this paper, the static characteristics of industrial robot has been studied by mapping the dimensions of each part of Motoman-HP20industrial robot, Using three-dimensional solid software pro/engineer wildfire2.0to creat three-dimensional model of each component of industrial robots, then assembled by the software SolidWorks and building the finite element model to do finite element analysis.Circular arc gear is much more superior than involute gear in aspects of contact strength and bearing capacity, and its application in the industry is also increasing. But there has been no internal Circular arc gear application with the limit of processing method for internal gear. What’s more, there has been few literatures about internal Circular arc gear. This research group put forwards qssuadruple-arc internal gear based on existing tooth profile of qssuadruple-arc gear through in-depth study of circular arc gear. The main work include tooth profile design of qssuadruple-arc internal gear, new design of the gear meshing principle, design of formed milling cutter for qssuadruple-arc internal gear and study of its processing technicAs to this kind of new gear that has not been studied, this paper analyses and calculates stepwise the design of tooth profile for double-arc gear and qssuadruple-arc gear starting from the tooth profile for single-arc gear. Based on these theories and experiences, the design of tooth profile for single-arc gear, double-arc gear and qssuadruple-arc gear are designed and a concrete method is put forward, then gives their modeling approach. To check the reasonability of these gear tooth profiles, Fundamental Law of Gearing has been applied to the three kinds of internal gear. The conclusion is that all of them are fit to fundamental law of gearing. And then emphasizes the study of Meshing features of qssuadruple-arc internal gear, calculates multipoint meshing coefficient, pluridentate meshing coefficient and minimum tooth width for qssuadruple-arc internal gear.With the development of numerically-controlled machine tool and cutting tools, high speed forming milling and grinding finishing has been applied to processing of Involute gear maturely. The paper applies this processing technic to qssuadruple-arc internal gear and external gear which are tried to process by existing cutter in the beginning. But it was denied for uneven machining allowance. Then it returned to the problem of design of formed milling cutter. In allusion to this problem, this paper proposes the design idea of critical line method, through which the milling cutter designed can offer good processing conditions for subsequent grinding.This paper compares Involute internal gear pair with qssuadruple-arc internal gear pair aboutcomprehensive radius of curvature and contact stress mainly. |
