Nowadays,the amount of petrochemical energy resources is becoming less and less,the nuclear power as a kind of green energy will not be affected by the geographical position,climate and environment.China has clearly put forward to introduce and absorb the development of the three generation nuclear power technology;and the development of nuclear main pump inverter is an important part of the three generation nuclear localization of key equipment;based on the large-scale advanced PWR nuclear power plant with the main coolant pump inverter as the research object,the design issues of research and development work on its reliability.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)the main circuit topology of high voltage and large capacity inverter at home and abroad is studied,and the topology of the main circuit of the main pump is proposed by using the H bridge cascade scheme;(2)according to the operation data of the equipment,the reliability analysis is carried out;(3)according to the requirements of the equipment,this paper puts forward the selection of the electronic and electrical products,designs the hardware circuit,and puts forward the software architecture.(4)according to the requirements of the equipment,the design of the power unit is completed,and the experimental verification of the power unit is carried out in accordance with the power unit experiment outline;(5)according to the test outline of the equipment,the feasibility of the whole model experiment is verified.The system has completed the prototype test and electromagnetic compatibility test,through the national science and Technology Committee of scientific and technological achievements appraisal.
