Research And Realization Of Rain Test System For Some Model Vehicle

Rain test is to assess the equipment vehicles in the transportation,storage,field operations and other circumstances,through various types of wind and rain environment,protective cover for military equipment,shell,sealing rubber parts such as water resistance to meet the requirements.rain test system which based on the research and development direction of 201 institute environmental reliability test center.and developed for the some model vehicle,The main work is as follows:(1)In this thesis,the overall composition of the rain test system framework,operational principle to do a more comprehensive description,and then from the system hardware and software to start the composition of the various components of the rain test the working principle,function a detailed description.(2)the hardware part of the rain water test module,water recycling module,spray module and the system circuit connection,etc.made a description of the basic principles and functions of the realization of some of the components,such as ultrasonic ranging devices,Relays must communicate with PLC,so that the PLC can control the external water supply motor,servo motor,to achieve the appropriate function.meantime three space mechanical adjustment system is fully based on the size of the vehicle equipment,can adjust the different spray area easily.(3)The software part is mainly on the PLC programming and configuration software is part of the basic composition,characteristics and structure of a comprehensive paper,the PLC is SIEMENS S7-300,to analyze and judge through the S7-300 input module of digital or analog signals to the control circuit,such as limit switches,ultrasonic ranging,pump valve opening etc.the configuration software is mainly used to monitor,SIEMENS and domestic easybuilder software configuration software to process state.Some model equipment vehicle rain test system must to meet the national military standards,such as the amount of time per unit of rainfall,raindrop size,etc.,The adjustable profile of the spray system surface allows the various parts of the vehicle to be fully exposed to the required rainfall.
