| In order to meet the people’s demand for electricity in pursuit of a better life,traditional manual inspection can no longer meet the requirements of modern power grid lean management.China Southern Power Grid vigorously promotes the production and application of intelligent operation technology,and proposes to achieve the goal of "machine inspection is the main and human inspection is the auxiliary" by 2020,so as to achieve the overall optimal safety,cost and efficiency,and promote the transformation of traditional power grid from asset-intensive and labor-intensive enterprise operation mode to lean operation mode.According to the unified deployment of the network and provincial companies,the machine patrol operation center was put into operation in August 2015.since its establishment two years ago,centering on the purpose of "people’s power industry for the people",it has actively implemented the "185611" development goal,promoted the intelligent development of business with lean management as the starting point,actively assumed the responsibility of innovation and leadership,and changed the operation and maintenance of power transmission from human patrol to machine patrol,from manned machine to unmanned machine,from manual remote control to automatic driving.The first power grid airspace management and control system,multi-model cooperative operation system,emergency disaster detection system for aircraft patrol,personnel and equipment support system and intelligent data application platform in China have solved the difficult problems of operation airspace management,support for new business personnel and equipment,large-scale operation for aircraft patrol and rapid disaster detection,and constructed an intelligent operation and maintenance mode of "four systems and one platform" to promote the transformation of production operation and maintenance to lean operation and maintenance.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly stated that "innovation is the first driving force leading development and the strategic support for building a modern economic system".The power grid unmanned aerial vehicle technology will stick to the direction of intelligent development,deepen the application of intelligent operation and maintenance system,complete the deep integration of intelligent technology and power grid operation and maintenance,achieve asset state panorama,equipment inspection automation,intelligent data mining,future risk perception,and lean production management,and realize intelligent operation of power grid through the change of operation and maintenance mode.This topic has studied the principle and application of aerial transmission line unmanned aerial vehicle temperature measurement technology,aerial transmission line mapping technology and ranging technology.In terms of ranging,there are aerial transmission line laser radar technology and aerial transmission line unmanned aerial vehicle ultrasonic ranging technology.Surveying and mapping technology includes aerial transmission line tilt photography technology;In the aspect of temperature measurement,the principle of infrared temperature measurement technology and the influence of external environment on it will be studied and explained.This paper will also compare the working efficiency of aerial transmission line inspection work with different existing technologies,so as to achieve the efficiency of the work by correctly selecting the application of technologies in different environments and different situations in the aerial transmission line inspection work by unmanned aerial vehicles in the future. |
