With the development of equipment manufacturing industry in our country,the motor has been widely applied in the field.Because the high speed motor has small volume,high efficiency,easy to maintain,etc.However,because of the features such as high speed rotor,high frequencies of stator winding current and core flux,high power density and high loss density,special key problems are existed in high speed machines beyond traditional motors,including electromagnetic design,rotor strength and high speed bearings.Under this background,the new material used in high speed motor in order to improve the comprehensive performance of the motor,Especially crystal materials applied in high-speed motor should be considered.Base on a 5kW?20000r/min amorphous alloy high-speed permanent magnet motor,to study the electromagnetic performance of the motor rotor and mechanical strength.Firstly,For rotor strength of table stick type high speed permanent magnet motor,Design of the carbon fiber protection,and proposes a hybrid protection measures;Some factors affecting rotor stress distribution are studied,such as rotor speed,running temperature,retaining sleeve thickness and interference fit.The comprehensive comparison of hybrid measure is conducted;Compared the advantages and disadvantages of different permanent magnet structure;The analytic solution method and compared with the finite element was deduced in detail.Secondly,For the built-in motor,Study how to reduce the stress of the magnetic bridge,the permanent magnet is segmented along the circumference direction to increase the number of magnetic bridge,to improve the safety factor of the rotor,To calculate the permanent magnets are segmentation and segmentation of electromagnetic properties and rotor strength;To design a motor shaft and verify the rationality of the design,and analyze the influence of the rotor structure on the critical speed.Finally,In view of the amorphous alloy high-speed permanent magnet motor electromagnetic design characteristics,the article is based on a 5kW,20000 r/min of high-speed permanent magnet motor,Research on generator inherent voltage regulation rate: The equivalent magnetic circuit of quadrature and direct axes method is used to calculate the reactance parameters,and the influence of air gap and length of permanent magnet magnetization direction on the inherent voltage regulation of the generator is studied from the point of improving the saliency ratio.the stator are analyzed the influence of structure parameters on the magnetic properties,including pole number and slot number,coefficient of air gap size,arc,etc.,summarizes the corresponding laws,determine the electromagnetic design scheme,the high-speed permanent magnet motor rationality of through the calculation of temperature,and write a high-speed motor electromagnetic calculation program interface.
