Amorphous alloy material is a new type of soft magnetic material,with low iron loss,high permeability characteristics,which can significantly improve the efficiency used in the motor core.In this paper,the loss characteristics of amorphous alloy strip and amorphous alloy permanent magnet synchronous motor are studied,and the no-load stray loss and load stray loss of amorphous alloy permanent magnet synchronous prototype are calculated and analyzed.Firstly,at different frequencies on the domestic and Hitachi produced by winding-dipping curing-annealing process after the amorphous alloy ring core specimen loss test,the treatment can be obtained under the process of magnetic properties B-H curve,the loss curves at each frequency and the correction coefficient of the loss density increase due to each processing process.Secondly,the correction coefficient is deduced by using the measured strip loss data,and the no-load stray loss and load stray loss of a 2.1kW amorphous alloy permanent magnet synchronous motor are calculated.Calculate the correction coefficient with the experimental value.In this example,the correction factor of the no-load stray loss is 1.07,and the correction factor of the load stray loss is 1.06.Finally,by comparing the experimental data of the amorphous alloy motor and the silicon steel sheet motor,the main advantage is that the iron loss is less than that of the silicon steel sheet,but the copper consumption and stray loss are higher than those of the silicon steel sheet motor,which leads to the efficiency of the amorphous alloy motor advantage is not obvious.With the 2.1kW amorphous alloy permanent magnet synchronous motor and silicon steel motor at 3000 r / min,for example,the rated load,the total loss of amorphous alloy motor is higher than that of silicon steel motor 12.3W,rated power1.575 kW 0.78%;hot state,the rated load case of amorphous alloy motor total loss than silicon steel chip motor low 10.02 W,rated power of 1.575 kW 0.64%.Amorphous alloy motor in the case of low back electromotive force,the efficiency can still be higher than the silicon steel motor,indicating that the loss of obvious advantages,especially iron loss;amorphous alloy motor cold efficiency is lower than the silicon steel motor,and thermal efficiency higher than the silicon steel motor,indicating that the amorphous alloy motormagnetic load selection is too high.In the design of the motor,the core teeth,yoke magnetic density should be less than 1.2T.
