The Research Of Transformation And Development Strategy Of Hutoutown In Heilongjiang Province From The Perspective Of Global Tourism

In the global tourism and urbanization development industry transformation trend,diversified development has gradually become the transformation and upgrading direction of tourism industry.It is an important opportunity to promote the transformation and development of small towns under the concept of new urbanization by taking regional tourism as the coordination mechanism and mode to promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of small towns.In this context,how to formulate the corresponding strategies to promote the integration and development of the whole industry by the whole area tourism,coordinate the urban balance and green development,and achieve the goal of the transformation and development of small towns,has become the main direction of this paper.This paper takes the typical Hutou town in Heilongjiang Province,which takes tourism as its development direction,as the research object.Based on the perspective of the transformation and development of the whole tourism guided Town,this paper studies the strategy formulation,it not only reflects the typicality of resource endowment and the pertinence of strategy,but also can be used as reference for the transformation and development of similar small towns.This paper starts from the theoretical research,system construction,current situation analysis,resource evaluation,strategy formulation research ideas.First of all,starting from the combing of domestic and foreign theories,through the in-depth study of the related theories of global tourism and transformation and development,as well as the in-depth analysis of relevant cases such as the whole area tourism cases of small towns in cold regions and the integrated development cases of global tourism industry,combined with domestic Based on the similarities and differences of external development,this paper explores the overall tourism development system of small towns which has been basically formed at present,and combines with the experience and Enlightenment to build a whole area tourism development system composed of the whole area integration of tourism industry,the whole space-time distribution of tourism industry,and the participation of the whole people in the tourism governance system.Secondly,under the framework of the whole area tourism development system,the paper analyzes the current situation of Hutou Town,including the development situation,the conditions of tourism development,relevant policies and management,development motivation and regional competitiveness.Finally,it summarizes the existing problems of Hutou Town,and evaluates the tourism resources of Hutou town at different levels Sexual strategy provides basic support.Thirdly,from the perspective of global tourism,we should formulate the overall development strategy and strategic guidance,and combined with the global tourism development system,put forward the development strategies from three levels: the tourism industry development based on the whole industry coordination,the tourism industry layout based on the integration of the whole space and time,and the construction of the tourism governance system based on the participation of the whole people.The research conclusions of this paper mainly include: the classification and classification of tourism resources under the standard and system,the combination of global tourism and the transformation and upgrading of Hutou Town,the implementation of the whole area tourism project and people-centered tourism construction in two dimensions of time and space.Through the construction of the whole area tourism system of Hutou town and the transformation strategy of various industries and elements of small towns,it is hoped that this paper can provide experience for small towns with similar background and resource endowment.
