Precast concrete structures is an important part of housing industrialization.The so-called housing industrialization was constructed residential industrialization way in order to improve the labor productivity of housing production.At present,the prefabricated concrete members reinforced connection technology has become the key technology of prefabricated concrete structure application bottlenecks.For this reason,the project team has researched and developed the structure of the core wall of the core assembly concrete.This kind of shear wall structure is a new type of prefabricated concrete structure,low manufacture cost,convenient transport hoisting and structural integrity is good wait for a characteristic,carries on the research has important theoretical significance and broad market prospects.In order to study the seismic performance of this kind of shear wall,the project team in accordance with the proportion of 1:1 full-scale produced two groups of different reinforcement in the form of shear wall,each group respectively for a full cast-in-place shear wall and a full cast-in-place shear wall reinforcement form the same filling and the core of prefabricated concrete plate shear wall.Prefabricated shear wall is set in the first group are the core of post-cast edge shear key components or prefabricated concrete plate shear wall,prefabricated shear wall in the second group to full fill at the edge of the hole with a vertical steel dowel hole filling and the core of prefabricated concrete plate shear wall.About four pieces of shear wall in the pseudo static test,comparative study of two different core assembly to fill in the form of prefabricated concrete plate shear wall seismic performance of the similarities and differences and prefabricated concrete pouring core plate shear wall with the same reinforcement in the form of a full cast-in-place shear wall seismic performance of the similarities and differences.The test results show that the two different forms of prefabricated concrete pouring core plate shear wall failure pattern,respectively,and the damage form of the corresponding full cast-in-place shear wall are basically the same,as bending shear failure;fabricated core grouted concrete large panel shear wall filling holes in the old and new concrete is better,there are no obvious slip,shows that both can work together;fabricated core grouted concrete large panel shear wall inter layer displacement Angle meet the requirements of the code for seismic design of buildings,has a good energy dissipation ability;for setting a shear key post-cast edge shear wall components,its mechanical performance is similar to the frame structure and internal stress of the filler wall models,plus due to the existence of the key way affects the liquidity of concrete,lead to the bearing capacity of concrete edge members is reduced,affect the wall of the initial stiffness,but is due to the presence of shear key way,the wall under the horizontal thrust produced along the key way of cracks,improve the wall shear capacity,increase energy dissipation capability of wall body;for all the prefabricated concrete pouring hole irrigation core plate shear wall,the wall body eventually destroy metope quantity than other forms of shear wall cracks amount is less,this is due to the wall edge artifacts only a 25 mm diameter grade HRB400 steel bar are connected to the ground beam and loaded beam,wall of tensile steel dowel edge components,which will take charge of the main,between the wall and ground beam crack is bigger,can consume large amounts of energy,also makes the wall horizontal bearing capacity of the cast-in-place shear wall is slightly lower than the same conditions,but the wall displacement ductility ratio increased.In this paper,based on the large general finite element software ABAQUS to establish reasonable numerical analysis model,completed the nonlinear finite element numerical analysis of the four pieces of shear wall,analysis results are in good agreement with those obtained with the test results,verify the rationality of the model.At the same time system analyzed the axial compression ratio,reinforcement ratio edge components,wall body steel reinforcement ratio and spacing of horizontal reinforcing steel bar at the bottom of the wall body of prefabricated concrete pouring core plate shear wall stress performance,the influence of prefabricated concrete slabs for filling and core shear wall to offer reference to the practical application.
