Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)is composed of high performance carbon fiber and the base material.The method of the CFRP reinforcement is that strengthening the surface of the CFRP by structural adhesive.CFRP reinforced brick wall without steel has lots of advantage: lightweight and high strength,does not affect the weight and size of the structure,occupy small space,convenient construction,strong operability,resist fatigue,corrosion resistance.Make full use of CFRP in flexible and rigid brick joint.At present,The research of CFRP strengthening brick wall has made a lot of results.But there are some defects in the shear bearing capacity calculation,it is necessary to conduct further research work.Based on the practical engineering of a large number of existing unreinforced brick wall as the research object,to carry out the shear bearing capacity of CFRP strengthening calculation theory research.As follows:1.Through the literature,Summarizes the mechanical characteristics of CFRP reinforcement unreinforced brick wall,CFRP reinforcement mechanism,the main factors influencing the CFRP reinforcement effect,finishing the calculation model of the CFRP reinforcement unreinforced brick wall representative,analysis of the existing model and the actual reinforcement force of the discrepancies,collected stress performance of unreinforced brick wall of the CFRP reinforcement test data.2.With the collected 22 pieces of wall as the research object,On the basis of the known unreinforced wall elastic rigidity,the lateral stiffness of the wall and the fiber are calculated respectively in the Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer reinforcement unreinforced brick wall,calculatethed lateral stiffness of the unreinforced wall maximum load point;Analysis the influence factors of affect the lateral stiffness of CFRP,in X paste way and the way of diagonal grid paste as the research object,the lateral stiffness of fiber is obtained by experimental data fitting calculation model.3.Piece of wall the story drift ratio is calculated,Through the statistical analysis,And the inter-story displacement angle proposed limit of CFRP reinforcement unreinforced brick wall is given in the biggest load point,Putting forward a model for calculating the shear bearing capacity based on controlling the deformation.Verify itsrationality.
