With the pattern of China's construction industry continues to change,take a light,high strength,durability of the new road to industrialization,which is the development trend of the construction industry.However,the concrete from the heavy,and the production of raw materials consumption of natural resources,which will seriously hinder the development of the construction industry.Lightweight aggregate is a lightweight,high-strength,heat-resistant building material that can be used in building structures to improve the mechanical properties of the structure.And light aggregate concrete production is based on industrial waste as raw materials,which is conducive to secondary use of resources.At first,the study of LWAC was mainly used in non-load-bearing components,but it was not used in load-bearing components.The combination of steel and lightweight aggregate concrete could complement the advantages and disadvantages between the two The Steel embedded in concrete not only can improve its bearing capacity,and can improve its deformation capacity,lightweight aggregate concrete column fully play the advantages of both.In this paper,the finite element software(ABAQUS)is used to simulate the mechanical properties of lightweight aggregate concrete columns,which can provide reference for the application of lightweight aggregate concrete in construction engineering.In this paper,the influence of the axial load on the ultimate bearing capacity is studied by using three composite columns with different cross-sectional dimensions.Then,the comparison between the simulated and theoretical values ??shows that the application of light aggregate concrete in the composite structure can not Section size reduction of strength.Then,the influence of the steel content,the ratio of stirrups and the strength of light aggregate on the bearing capacity of the composite column were studied by orthogonal analysis.The results show that the change of thesteel ratio of the lightweight aggregate combination column has the least effect on the bearing capacity of the column.However,the change of the strength of the lightweight aggregate concrete has the greatest influence on the bearing capacity of the composite column.Followed by the effect of stirrups on the bearing capacity.In this paper,the seismic performance of lightweight aggregate concrete composite columns under low cyclic loading is analyzed by finite element software.The effects of axial compression ratio,shear span ratio and volume ratio on seismic performance are mainly considered.Then,,The hysteresis curve,the skeleton curve,the ductility change and the stiffness change characteristic of each model are obtained.The simplified formula of the shear capacity of the lightweight aggregate column is deduced by analyzing the horizontal shear capacity of the column.It is found that it is consistent with the results of the simulation value,which can provide reference for future research.
