With the rapid development of the Vehicle,the deformation detection has become a new measurement areas for close-range photogrammetry.Based on the in-depth study of close-range photogrammetry technology,we found that close-range photogrammetry is superior to traditional measurement techniques in the deformation detection.The conclusions are presented in the following aspects:(1)The imaging and the conversion of the coordinate system.This paper describes the imaging of photogrammetry as the model center projection model and get the relationship between the objects and image: m=h/c=X/x'.And then,the transformation relation of the four coordinate systems is described systematically,which is the theoretical support of close-range photogrammetry's imaging.(2)Using MATLAB Software to Realize Image Recognition.In this paper,the image recognition technology is combined with Gaussian filtering and Subpixel edge detection to identification the feature points.(3)Analyze the camera calibration to optimize the accuracy.The Camera distortion include radial distortion,tangential distortion and image plane distortion.And completed the camera calibration.(4)The accuracy test standard VDI / VDE part 1 is used to gauge the accuracy of close-range photogrammetry.In the experiment,we get the maximum measurement error E in the measurement criterion is 0.4mm / 1200 mm,which high enough to measure the static deformation of vehicle.(5)The Static deformation measurement experiment.We take a large traction trucks as the research object.By comparing 3D coordinates of hard points of different states,we find that the displacement of the hard points is 152.597 mm on the left side and 149.892 mm on the right side,which is meets the range of 150 ± 5mm.And realized the application of the close-range photogrammetry in vehicle static deformation detection.
