Nano CaCO3 With Waterproof Agent Study On Properties Of Cement-based Materials

KIM waterproof agent used in this article is a kind of capillary crystalline waterproofing agent in concrete to water penetration into the concrete formation of permeable crystallization,to tiny cracks in the concrete fill to make concrete,more dense,so that the effect of concrete water;KIM water-repellent construction,practical application is simple,but the price is slightly expensive,but with the domestic production increased,prices showed a declining trend.Nano-CaC03 is a cheap and useful nano-materials,with high activity and high specific surface area,is able to fill small cracks,concrete is more dense,increase waterproof effect.This article mainly discusses the addition of KIM waterproof agent of cement-based material properties,as well as through the addition of nano sized CaC03 material to improve the performance of KIM waterproof agent of cement-based materials to make waterproof of cement-based materials more enhanced,can play a more effective role in the project.This paper focuses on adding KIM waterproof agent of cement-based materials and admixture of nano-materials on the basis of setting time,fluidity and compressive strength,capillary water absorption experiment and compressive strength of concrete test and so on.Test in the we can obtained mixed added Nano material Hou can improved mixed added KIM waterproof agent on concrete of performance loss,for example shortened early end gel of condensation time 86min,and 89min,and net pulp compressive strength upgrade 15%,and 2%of nano CaC03 cement base material hair fine sucking water test description with age period of increased,try block of sucking water gradually reduced,can description Nano material makes cement base material of waterproof performance get enhanced;Incorporate the Ghanaian m CaC03 can mix waterproof agent of cement-based materials to enhance the performance,to better effect.
