| In order to study the Isocyanate and non-Isocyanate curing of GAP and GAP special propellant.The rheological isothermal test has been used to analysis the curing curves and the kinetic parameters.The effects of particle size,metallic filler,Non-metallic filler Al,plasticizer,the content of GAP on the apparent activation energy and other parameters has been studied.To further the rheological method on the kinetic studies,the rheological non-isothermal method has been studied and the temperature dependence of storage modulus has been put forward first,through which the rheological method can be complete.The effect of nitrocellulose on the curing of GAP has been studied by rheological non-isothemal method and the difference of DSC and rheometer on the non-isothermal testing has also been studied.The conclusion is as follows :(1)The Isocyanate,non-Isocyanate and dual curing of GAP special propellant have similar curing curves and they all belong to autocatalytic model.The curing rate and apparent activation energy of three curing methods are different.The specific expressions are that non-Isocyanate curing rate is faster than dual curing rate than non-Isocyanate curing rate and the apparent activation energy of Isocyanate curing has the maximum value,apparent activation energy of dual curing is bigger value than that of non-Isocyanate.(2)The dissolving process has important influence on the curing of GAP special propellant.Dissolve is more complete,the curing rate is faster and the valus of apparent activation energy is smaller.Increasing the content of GAP and using efficiency plasticizer can expedite the dissolution rates and decrease the apparent activation energy values.(3)On the later stage of curing,diffusion control result in the reduce of molecular motion ability and the increase of apparent activation energy.Adding in solid filler,the diffusion control will be advanced and the value of apparent activation energy will increase.(4)The Al enhanced the thermal conductivity of curing system.Heat is well-distributed which increase the curing rates and makes curing curves unusual.(5)Making advantage of temperature dependency of storage modulus makes it possible to study the rheological non-isothermal method.The arrhenius formula is useful for the optimization of such calculation process.(6)The curing process of both GAP/BPS and GAP special propellant/BPS curing systems have been studied through rheological non-isothermal method.It has been found that nitrocellulose hinders the reaction of GAP and BPS and increased the apparent activation energy of curing system.(7)The difference between rheological method and DSC method on the non-isothermal testing has been studied.It has been found that the kinetic parameters obtained by DSC method are bigger than that obtained by rheological method,which is resulted from the differences of testing environment and characterization method. |
