This paper first expounds the automatic mechanism work principle of a certain type of 38mm riot grenade launchers,and introduces the structure composition of the automatic mechanism and the mechanical structure actions,then based on the movement characteristic of the automatic mechanism,design a riot automatic mechanism dynamic simulation test system,in accordance with the parallelogram law three-dimensional simulation automatic mechanism model is established,and using the rigid-flexible coupling method for ADAMS dynamics simulation analysis and calculation to get the load spectrum data,application ANSYS-Workbench finite element static analysis to get strength check results file,then provide security for simulation test system of test functions.Using ADAMS virtual prototype technology,establish dynamic simulation models of the Riot automatic mechanism dynamic simulation test system.using ANSYS make the link belt flexible,and the flexible body was imported into ADAMS to built rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation model.under different incentive the dynamic responses of the automatic mechanism simulation test system are obtained,and according to the change of displacement of the model projectile fitting out its trajectory in the automatic mechanism.Dynamics simulation and calculation provides date support for subsequent strength analysis.Applicating finite element analysis software of the ANSYS-Workbench,to do the first six-order modal analysis for the overall structure of the Riot automatic mechanism dynamic simulation test system,get the vibration characteristics corresponding frequencies,provide a reference for the structural design and improvement.Do the strength check to the key important parts,such as the presure tooth of the projectile,analysis of stress nephogram and the maximum stress change curve,the result shows that meet the strength requirement.Do the transient analysis of finite element to the process that press projectile to take off the link belt,obtained the stress and stain change and deformation of the link belt,provide reference for link belt structure optimization.According to the composition and function of test system,selection and installation of sensor and do the test,including the torque sensor,pull a pressure sensor,displacement sensor,acceleration sensor,six degrees of freedom sensor,and so on.through the data acquisition and image processing technology to get the required mechanical structure motion curve.then coMParing the simulation results,analysis of the merits of the overall mechanical structure design,for the improved design of riot grenade launchers is of great significance.In this paper,the analysis process and methods in the process of design,simulation and test of the riot simulation automatic mechanism,can provide the reference and new ideas to the analysis of the same kind of automatic mechanism or mechanical design.
