Earthquake is one of the most devastating natural disasters.From our country's geological situation,our country is one of the countries with the largest number of earthquakes in the world.Most destructive earthquakes occurred in the rural areas and towns and regions,especially in the western economy less developed areas,because of the economic wait for a variety of reasons,the seismic resistance of village housing construction have a very good guarantee.Therefore,town structural seismic technology research is very important and necessary.In order to study the seismic performance of masonry column concrete precast square steel beam structure,this paper established a test three wall: the wall of concrete filled square steel tube column beam structure,reinforced concrete construction column and circle beam wall,unconstrained walls.In this paper,the seismic performance of the new wall is analyzed,such as seismic shear capacity,ductility and deformation capacity.The article also uses the method of numerical simulation,pin wall concrete filled steel beam structure,reinforced concrete construction column and circle beam wall,unconstrained walls,a total of three established the finite element model,the seismic performance of masonry model is analyzed and compared and the expansion of test results and conclusion.Testing research shows: the wall of concrete filled square steel tube column beam structure could meet the requirement of earthquake-resistance capability.Compared with traditional brick masonry with tie column and ring beam,it has saved plenty of manpower and material resources and it is easy to construct,which could be popularized and applied to construction of village houses.
