Research on hypersonic vehicles has now become a research hotspot,which is one of the most important aspects of the design of aerodynamic heat and thermal protection structures caused by the aerodynamic heating of air and aircraft.Because of the long flight time and high speed flight,the aerodynamic heating makes the surface of the aircraft have a strong heating effect,and the heating effect will make the structure temperature rise,the stress generated by the temperature rise will make the structure shape changes,structural shape changes It will make the aerodynamic shape changes,so that the thermal environment on the surface of the aircraft will be affected,so the multi-field coupling effect on the surface of the aircraft is particularly strong.In order to accurately simulate the parameters such as the heat flow during the flight,it is necessary to provide the multi-field coupling calculation of the aerodynamic / thermal / structure for the reference of the aerodynamic thermal protection structure design.And the information exchange method to solve the grid inconsistency between different fields and the grid deformation problem caused by the change of the aerial shape becomes the two key points in the multi-field coupling calculation process.In this paper,based on the research status of information exchange technology at home and abroad,this paper compares the common mapping point method,CVT method,IDW method,MQ method,IMQ method and RBF method,Information Interaction Method for Multi-field Coupling Calculation of Aerodynamic / Thermal / Structure.In addition,this paper also carries on the comparative study on the accuracy and efficiency of the more common grid deformation method,and selects a grid deformation method suitable for multi-field coupling calculation.Considering that the background mesh is in DG and DG In this paper,the background lattice dependence of DG and DG-RBF methods is studied by using the two-dimensional airfoil NACA0012 mesh deformation example.In order to apply the selected method,a two-dimensional ablation example is selected to verify the results.The calculated results show that it is in good agreement with the actual situation.The selected method is suitable for multi-field coupling calculation.
