Quartz flexible accelerometer is a classical high precision mechanical pendulum acceleration sensor,especially as inertial navigation equipment,has been widely used in the field of aerospace.In view of the current research status at home and abroad,The imbalance of the pendulum is a problem which is easy to appear in the production and application,which greatly affects the quality of its manufacturing and application.Therefore,it is very important to study the identification analysis of the quartz flexible accelerometer under the imbalance of pendulum.As a result,this topic start with the use of precision and stability which quartz flexible accelerometer has it,the integration of a variety of effective signal processing and analysis of the way to help improve its performance quality.Quartz pendulum as an important component of the acceleration sensor,In this paper,the micro motion simulation analysis of accelerometer quartz pendulum is done.The micro motion simulation analysis of accelerometer quartz pendulum can get the technical method and approach to improve the production quality relating to quartz flexible accelerometer.Starting with the research of physical model of accelerometer quartz pendulum,On the one hand,the force analysis of the quartz pendulum of the accelerometer is carried out,and the motion mode of the quartz pendulum is reflected more vividly,analysis of its working status play an auxiliary role;On the other hand,the paper conducts static calculation and modal analysis of the quartz pendulum.The key component through the finite element method,visually demonstrates stress field and deformation field of the structure relating to quartz pendulum,and gains the natural frequency in different orders and formation.Through simulation analysis that the finite element method can improve the performance of accelerometer,and has a good reference in practice.High precision calibration parameters can be used to accurately evaluate the performance and accuracy of accelerometer.In this paper,starting with the high-order coefficients of the quartz flexible accelerometer model,the topic will through the multi-direction vibration table testing to identify the nonlinear term coefficients in the model equation of Quartz flexible accelerometer.On the one hand,the topic will establish and perfect the high precision mathematical model equation of accelerometer,and the relationship between the working state of the accelerometer and its high-order error coefficient is discussed.On the other hand,Based on the traditional time and frequency domain analysis,this paper proposes the multi-scale fuzzy entropy as the characteristic parameter,obtains the efficient parameter table of the acceleration signal and fuses the support vector machine pattern recognition method to accurately identify the working state of the accelerometer.Finally,on this basis,the design of accelerometer vibration test system software to achieve the acceleration sensor status of the rapid diagnosis,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the accelerometer manufacturing quality and the rate of finished product.The result of the research show that the related analysis which are carried out in this paper can accurately identify the work state of accelerometer,helped improve the quality and production efficiency of quartz flexible accelerometer.And then,help to form the technology approach that can improve the quality of the performance of quartz flexible accelerometer.
