Research On Experiential Landscape Of Real Estate Demonstration Area

In recent years,with the increasing competition in the real estate industry and the improvement of people’s demand for building products,people’s spiritual experience needs to be more emphasized in the process of real estate sales.How to integrate the "experience" into the landscape construction of the real estate demonstration area,and bring a satisfactory landscape experience for the potential buyers of buildings,is a topic worth exploring.This article takes the experiential landscape of real estate demonstration area as the main research object and takes experience as a starting point.On the premise of studying the relevant achievements and theoretical basis of landscape experience home and abroad,based on the environmental perception theory,environmental behavior theory,environmental arousal theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,the relationship between the landscape experience and the landscape construction in the demonstration area was studied.And the landscape analysis of four representative real estate demonstration areas in Guangfo area is used to study the people’s senses,behavior and spiritual experience needs and preferences on the real estate demonstration area experience-style landscape to create an important impact.In this paper,five principles of experiential landscape construction in real estate demonstration area are proposed: integrity,theme,situational,participation and high efficiencyt.It is pointed out that the experience of real estate demonstration area needs to coordinate the landscape scene and elements together experience sequence can be achieved.Based on the analysis of the landscape experience sequence,the experiential landscape scene and the experiential landscape elements in the demonstration area,this paper puts forward the experience sequence construction method based on the functional organization as the premise,the spatial organization as the means and the streamline organization as the key real estate demonstration area landscape.Finally,the model of the experiential landscape of the demonstration area is extracted-highlighting the theme of the experience,integrating the cultural elements,the humanized functional space,combing the experience sequence,creating the interaction of the place and creating the atmosphere of the scene.
