Interactive Experience Design Of The External Space Of Residential Buildings In The Background Of Contemporary Real Estate Development

Commercial housing market has entered a period of intense competition in the high inventory and low rate of change.Due to poor sales, many developers are faced with the risk of bankruptcy or being acquired. The entire residential market competition has become fierce competition.The developers racked their brains for how to compete for their own market share.The enhancement of interactive experience will probably be the key links and related factors of the related design development and marketing’s innovation and research.This paper analyzed and compared the relevant cases, found out the vital needs of the interactive experience and the relevant desire,extracted the relevant key points of interactive experience design, and tried to solve the problem of how to ensure the realization of the interactive experience of the external space of residential buildings through different means, such as pre marketing management, project design, and site construction management.The following points were obtained through the study of a large number of different literature and related cases:proposed a design method of the interactive experience of the external space site of residential buildings; demonstrated the operability of interactive experience design in real residential development projects, and the promoting effect on sales; discussed the feasibility of interactive experience design in other residential development projects.
