Standard source,used to outputting different kinds of standard signal,is an important equipment in laboratory which is applied to testing and calibration.So far in the field of standard source,many foreign companies and institutions are in a leading position,which has certain advantages over domestic products in the output precision,dynamic output power and function.This paper analyzed the factors which have negative impact on the existing current standard source system and researched the applied technology in measurement and control sectors,under which the performance of current standard source is optimized.Major research contents include;1?Improvement in logarithmic amplifier and research on temperature characteristic.Logarithmic amplifier is used for nonlinear signal compression.The reason why differential logarithmic amplifier has a low magnification for small signal is analyzed,on the basis of which improvement program is proposed.The program is testified by simulation and experiments.A Temperature compensation scheme is put forward through research on the output-input curve at different temperature point and relations between logarithmic amplifier curve coefficient and temperature,which is also testified by experiment.2?Dual channel asynchronous fusion algorithm research.In order to solve the interaction between high sampling rate and high precision,dual-channel asynchronous fusion algorithm based on kalman filter is adopted.The optimal sampling rate of low speed measurement channels is selected according to simulation.Algorithm model in measuring link is set up to analyze the time delay and bandwidth of measurement.The performance on output of different frequencies and magnitudes is analyzed.Validity of the algorithm is verified by experiment.3?Control algorithm research under the high control rate.Features of high precision controllable current standard source system and the impact of higher rate of control to system control is analyzed.Aiming at the pure delay characteristic of this system,performances of two control algorithms under high rate of control are compared and static and dynamic performance are analyzed respectively so as to get the better one for this system,which is verified by experiment.Finally,reasonable experimental scheme is designed to testify the dual channel asynchronous fusion algorithm and the two control algorithms and the dynamic output accuracy of current standard source.
