As the source of modern electronic information system, in addition to features such as digitization, modularization and intellectualization, the standard source is also required to have new excellent behavior on precision and stability. At present, special signal source in our country has the problems such as simple function, low precision, poor dynamic output capacity and so on. Therefore, research on the high precision controllable dynamic standard source with certain bandwidth is of great significance in making up for the lack of high precision standard source equipment.According to the design requirements of high precision controllable dynamic standard source,this article made a deep research on the key technologies which can affect the system’s accuracy and control complexity. The validity and correctness of the system are also certified through theoretical analysis and simulation experiment. The main research content of this article includes:1) The overall system design. Based on the top-to-down and modular concept, the overall system scheme is designed; the relationships between each module are described as well, which establishes a solid foundation for the subsequent key technology research.2) High precision circuit design. High precision circuit design is the hardware core of the whole system. In this article, high precision output circuit is designed to reduce the system noise, low level sampling is adopted to lower common-mode interference, differential detection logarithmic amplifier circuit is studied to improve the feedback measurement resolution, EMC design is applied to enhance system reliability, the two-stage temperature control method is implemented to eliminate temperature effects. The reasonableness and effectiveness of this design are certified through theoretical analysis and simulation experiment.3) Research of asynchronous sampling data fusion algorithm from two-channel. on account of the interaction between sampling rate and precision in the feedback measurement segment, method based on the multi-rate sampling conversion and asynchronous data fusion method based on adaptive Kalman filter are researched, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared through simulation experiment, which provides a theoretical guidance for the on-chip implementation and transplantation.At last, through specific circuit experiments, this article verified the validity of the noise reduction technology by multi-channel data fusion, proved the feasibility of the logarithmic amplifier circuit design, and the rationality of the two-channel asynchronous sampling data fusion algorithm.
