Suspension bridge has the advantages of large span,reasonable force,the most advantages of material,reasonable cost,smooth and beautiful overall shape,and so on.It has become the main bridge type of super long span bridges.According to the long-span steel truss girder suspension bridge,through the parametric modeling of ANSYS to make the structural analysis and design parameters optimization,so that the stress and the cost of the suspension bridge structure reach an optimal state.The research contents include:(1)Based on the analytic method of solving the main cable shape based on the piecewise elastic catenary,the single main cable shape finding analysis is carried out for the background engineering.Based on the ANSYS optimization module,the first-order optimization algorithm is used to optimize the main cable of the bridge state,and the optimal linear shape satisfying the bridge state is obtained.(2)Based on ANSYS finite element analysis platform,the initial state of the structure is determined by the whole static analysis.It is possible to improve the force and displacement of the bridge operating state by optimizing the pre-deviation of the main tower.Optimize the key design parameters that affect the performance of the suspension bridge,including the boom spacing and stiffening beam stiffness.The influence of static parameters on the internal force and displacement of the suspension bridge is obtained,which provides a reference for the design of the bridge.The response model is used to get the alternative model,and the design parameters are optimized.Optimization results are to meet the original design requirements and strength requirements,and in the security range,the full use of materials.Similar to the bridge can be optimized by reference to the method,and different optimization objectives can be different optimization results.(3)Through the mathematical optimization model,the paper introduces the material dosage of the cable component,the amount of the material of the main tower component and the amount of the total material and the ratio of the span to the span of the suspension bridge with the engineering economy as the objective.Based on the calculation and analysis of the main cable,hanger,main tower and total material consumption of the suspension bridge of 660 m,1000 m and 1500 m span,Summed up the project economy to the rational target of the value of the ratio.The design optimization method proposed in this paper can be used as reference for suspension bridge design.
