In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the transportation industry also develop rapidly.the bridge across the river is built constantly and navigation of ship scale,the contradiction between the increasingly prominent,and the occurrence of ship bridge collision accidents caused great losses to the social economy,casualties and environmental pollution.so the safety problem of bridge ship collision has aroused extensive concern of the designer and the social public.How to prevent the bridge from ship collision has become an international problem with extensive significance.Experts and scholars of all countries has done a lot of research work in the aspect of ship bridge collision mechanism and the settings of bridge protection system,and some valuable results are obtained for the past few years.Ship-bridge collision is a complicated nonlinear problem for it’s a nonlinear dynamical process of energy absorption,transformation and dissipation in collision area where the deformation and crushing of structure or component release large amounts of collision energy.The hardship of an accurate analysis of ship bridge collision is caused by a lot of complicated factors.But if one uses a non-linear finite element method one can manage to simulate the collision and meet the demand of engineering practice.This article summarizes and analyzes several collision theory and various protective system of their respective advantages and disadvantages,applicable conditions on the base of examining the literatures of ship-bridge collision at home and abroad.And then it calculates and analyzes a variety of string structure of rubber fender combining with the engineering example of a bridge on Tuojiang River protective devices design.After that it simulates the effects of four different forms of structure of rubber fender with ANSYS/LS-DYNA and verifies the rationality of the selection of a bridge anti-collision rubber fender in a practical engineering application.It also calculates impacts on the string of rubber fender which is an actual protection engineering of a bridge on Tuojiang River cause by a bulk carrying a load of 280 tons in two different directions.And then it gives some proposal on the design and optimization of the rubber fender convenient by analyzing results of each time history curve of impact force,energy condition.Further to improved the anti-collision structure after the simulation analysis,and get the corresponding conclusion and reference for subsequent reader.
