With the continuous construction of the bridge across the fairway and the scale of the navigable vessels,the contradiction between the two has intensified,resulting in frequent ship-bridge collisions and causing serious losses to people,s lives and property.To circumvent this risk and reduce losses,more and more researchers have joined the ship-bridge impact analysis and ship collision prevention device research.Based on the severity of ship collisions,this article focuses on the commonly used small GFRP buoyancy tanks and rubber fender collision avoidance facilities,focusing on the analysis of their energy consumption effects,studying their respective energy consumption mechanisms,and providing reference for future selection of ship collision prevention facilities.The main content of this article is as follows:(1)Based on the literature review of domestic and foreign ship collisions,the factors affecting the impact force and energy conversion of the ship are summarized and analyzed.The main influencing factors are: ship speed,structure and material characteristics of the anti-collision device,etc;(2)Based on the collision design of No.43 main pier of a bridge in Guangdong,the finite element software Midas/Civil was used to calculate the resistance of the bridge pier.The software LS-DYNA was used to numerically simulate the consolidation of the 500 T ship at different speeds,angles,and pier tops.Impacts on free piers under free and other conditions will result in impact forces,energy history curves,ship speed curves,and boat hitting depth under corresponding conditions.Through comparative analysis,it is shown that the necessity of collision avoidance design and the rationality of using pier top consolidation instead of main girder to restrain bridge piers are also reasonable.At the same time,the calculation results provide comparative data for subsequent comparative analysis;(3)Through the theoretical analysis of the selection of commonly used small GFRP pontoons and rubber fenders,mainly considering the size of collision avoidance structure,structure and material properties,etc.,and then verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and selection through numerical simulation calculation,mainly through Reduce the proportion of collision force to choose as the basis for follow-up comparative analysis.Finally,through numerical simulation calculations of different devices under different operating conditions,the energy dissipation effects of the two collision avoidance devices,the impact on ships and bridge piers,the improvement of impact force,and the technical and economic indicators are compared and analyzed.The respective energy consumption mechanisms are analyzed and applied.Range for subsequent reader reference.
