| Suspension bridge is also called suspension bridge,which is the main load-bearing component of cable and tower.Because of its inherent characteristics of landscape and span,suspension bridge stands out among many bridges,and is highly valued.With the development of science and technology,and the progress of human society needs the span suspension bridge is increasing,the external factors and construction conditions of long-span suspension bridge are also prominent,has become a major difficulty in monitoring work.In order to ensure that the effect of the bridge to achieve the best state,monitoring work must strictly control the structural stress and deformation of these two important elements.In this paper,based on the background of Yangtze River bridge project,Midas/Civil is used to simulate the construction process of the steel box girder of long span suspension bridge.According to the main beam from the tower to the cross in the direction of lifting and hoisting and the cross in the direction towards the tower from the side of the construction sequence of span to mid span girder hoisting part by span to side span hoisting,analyzes the construction process with the use of finite element software,the change law of main cable angle steel box girder installation process the bridge main cable and pylon tower side edge of the vertical distance distribution and variation,variation,main cable shape beam edge opening distance distribution change law,comparative analysis of the construction sequence of each index are recommended.On this basis,the optimal lifting scheme is solved by analytic hierarchy process.According to the recommended construction sequence,this paper sets up a single tower model,studies the sliding law of the cable saddle,and obtains the saddle pushing stage and the pushing quantity in the stiffening girder construction.In this paper,the linear control method of the steel box girder in the welding joint is studied.The results show that the construction scheme of the side span to mid span girder hoisting part by span to side span hoisting has in order to meet the construction conditions,to ensure the quality of construction,short construction time and save the cost,improve the comprehensive benefits.The research has certain engineering significance for the construction of the steel box girder of suspension bridge. |
