Polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVA)is a new generation of high-tech green building materials with many advantages which are high strength,high modulus,weather resistance,wear resistance and resistance to acid or alkali etc.In addition,It has good affinity and binding with concrete and other substrates.It is found that the PVA fiber can effectively improve the crack resistance,tensile strength and impact resistance of concrete if infiltrate it into the concrete.However,the PVA fiber is a bundle of the overall existence of materials since factory.In order to make full use of the PVA fiber’s function in concrete by actual operation,it should be dispersed into a bundle of fibers by monofilament,and the formation of a uniform mesh before mixed into concrete,Therefore,to research the technology of PVA fiber bundle dispersion which is particularly important.Around this article,it’s for a certain mixing and dispersing equipment of PVA fiber bundle.Above all,expounding that the geometrical structure and working mechanism of the dispersing equipment and the motion theory of the mixing dispersed flow field;putting forward the main factors affecting the dispersing performance of the PVA fiber bundle;establishing the CFD numerical simulation model of mixing and dispersing equipment of PVA fiber bundle;analyzing the mechanism of action of PVA fiber mixing equipment under different dispersant,different speed,different stirring blades and adding the mixing of the baffles,which are based on velocity distribution,turbulent kinetic energy distribution and axial velocity distribution of PVA fiber in the stirred tank;determining the dispersant type and the agitator parameters and the stirring tank structure which is beneficial to the dispersion of PVA fiber bundles.Then,carrying out the experiment of PVA fiber bundle dispersion technology by using PVA fiber bundle stirring equipment prototype.On the basis of the principle of gray level co-occurrence matrix,establishing the evaluation system of PVA fiber dispersion effect,determining the evaluation parameters of PVA dispersion effect,analyzing the effect of stirring and dispersing of PVA fiber bundles under different mixing agents,different speed,different stirring blades and adding the mixing of the baffles.Finally,through comparing the experimental results with the results of CFD analysis,analyzing the differences of the two results and the reasons for the differences;verifying the reliability and accuracy of the numerical simulation results;obtaining the optimumstirring parameters of PVA fiber bundle mixing equipment,which are as follows:adding HEC dispersant,stirring speed 650r/min,combining paddle 1 and adding the mixing tank baffle.By means of analyzing and researching the whole article,achieving the action mechanism analysis of PVA fiber bundle stirring equipment;establishing the evaluation system of PVA fiber bundle stirring and dispersing effect;analyzing the dispersion effect of PVA fiber bundle under different mixing operating parameters;determining the optimum stirring parameters of PVA fiber bundle mixing equipment and improving the dispersion quality of PVA fiber bundle.It provides some theoretical basis and technical support for the design and optimization of the PVA fiber bundle mixing equipment and the production management.
