Facing dual presure of energy shortage and environmental pollution,MFC who has denitrifying electrogenesis performance and simple and economic ANAMMOX denitrifying technology become research focus for domestic and foreign scholar.At present,there are researchists who has successfully realize technology to combined MFC and ANAMMOX.But it still needs to further study the effects for different influence factors of ANAMMOX-MFC denitrifying electrogenesis performance.With inoculating ANAMMOX sludge to MFC anode,successfully launch ANAMMOX-MFC.And further studies the influence of different factors for denitrifying electrogenesis performance and also the ANAMMOX-MFC nitrogen production performance influence of glucose and phenol.The results as below:(1)With inoculating ANAMMOX sludge,and increasing concentration step by step,successfully lauched ANAMMOX-MFC after 35 days.The experiment inoculated ANAMMOX sludge to MFC anode chamber,and used the method of increasing stroma concentration(30mg/L~90mg/L).It successfully launched ANAMMOX-MFC after 35 days testing.During stable running period,dislodging efficiency of NH4+-N ? NO2--N and TN kept in 75% ? 91% and 76%.dislodging rate of NH4+-N ? NO2--N and TN kept in 203.8±5.6mgN/L·d ?246.7±7.3mgN/L·d and 406.9±9.5mgN/L·d.At this moment,NH4+-N dislodging:NO2--N dislodging:NO3--N producing equals to 1:1.21:0.21,closed to theoretical value.When the external resistance is 1000?,density of maximum output voltage and maximum output power kept in 204.2±3.7mV and 92.7±1.2mW/m3.(2)The study of ANAMMOX-MFC stroma restrained kinetic revealed laws of ANAMMOX-MFC contaminant degradation kinetics.By Haldane kinetic model fits,measured data showed that stroma NH4+-N Maximum reaction rate qmax is 0.397kgN/m3·d.Ammonia nitrogen half saturated constant KS is 90.09mg/L.Ammonia nitrogen suppressive constant Ki is 301.33mg/L.Correlation index R2 is 0.972.Stroma NO2--N Maximum reaction rate qmax is 0.4383kgN/m3·d.Nitrite nitrogen half saturated constant KS is 20.39mg/L.Nitrite nitrogen suppressive constant is 80.53mg/L.Correlation index R2 is 0.969.(3)Investigated the effects of ANAMMOX-MFC denitriding electrogenesis performance by HRT,temperature and pH value on.Setting temperature gradient(25?,30?,35? and 40?),under the test conditions,35? was the optimum temperature of ANAMMOX-MFC.Temperature was neither higher nor lower than 35?,ANAMMOX-MFC denitriding electrogenesis performance was restrained.By polarization curve fitting,the results showed that there was small effect on ANAMMOX-MFC internal resistance by temperture variation.In different temperature conditions,output voltage was closely related to volume denitriding rate.It can indicate volume denitriding rate by outputing voltage variation.(4)Studied the effects of ANAMMOX-MFC denitriding electrogenesis performance by glucose.Setting COD gradient(125mg/L?240mg/L?373mg/L?507mg/L?613mg/L),studied short-term effects of ANAMMOX-MFC denitriding electrogenesis performance by various concentration of glucose.Test results showed when COD was low(125mg/L~240 mg/L),it had auxo-action for ANAMMOX bacterium.ANAMMOX-MFC denitriding electrogenesis performance enhanced.At this moment,inlet and outlet water in reactor COD changed a little.When COD was higher than 373mg/L,electrogenesis performance reduced gradually.NH4+-N removal rate and removal speed reduced gradually.While NO2--N removal rate and removal speed kept same.At this moment,outlet water COD also reduced.It explained that anammox bacterium was restrained.Denitrification bacterium liveness enhanced.Polarization curve fitting degree was low.There was a little influence for COD concentration variation by battery internal resistance(5)Studied the effects of ANAMMOX-MFC denitriding electrogenesis performance by phenol.Setting COD gradient(120mg/L?240mg/L?440mg/L?680mg/L?920mg/L),studied short-term effects of ANAMMOX-MFC denitriding electrogenesis performance by various concentration of phenol.When COD was low(120mg/L~240mg/L),it had a little influence for ANAMMOX-MFC denitriding electrogenesis performance.When COD was over 440mg/L,ANAMMOX-MFC denitriding electrogenesis performance was restrained gradually.Whole Inlet and outlet water COD change a little in whole process.Polarization curve fitting degree was low.Apparent internal resistance rised tardily.
