Under such a realistic background, it is a very important thing to reseaching the influencing factors on site selection of affrdable housing and building a system of the influencing factors on site selection of affordable housing in Xi ’an.First of all, the paper studies successes and failures of public housing site in the domestic and foreign, and initially constructs main factors of affordable housing site.
