The linear of mountain road complex,narrow roads?more sharp bend section and steep slope are distributed on mountain road.Mountain terrain is complex and varied.Due to the complicated environment of the roadside and linear conditions of the mountain road,the driver's driving distance is insufficient,the driver is difficult to drive,and the traffic accident is likely to be caused,and the accident is serious,and another of the important factors of traffic accident are the bad road condition and the imperfect safety facilities,therefore,mountain road traffic safety research is still urgent.The research on road safety at home and abroad mainly focuses on the influence of road geometry design on road safety.The research results about the evaluation method of mountain road traffic safety are few.In this paper,risk assessment is used to study the level of traffic safety of mountain road.By studying the advantages and disadvantages of each evaluation method and the areas of application,combinating with traffic safety evaluation characteristics and risk evaluation principle,to select the method of traffic risk assessment of mountain road,namely,AHP-fuzzy evaluation method.Firstly,Setting up the identify of the factors of driving risk,such as road linearity,driving environment and road facilities,to set up risk evaluation index set for mountainous road driving.The risk evaluation index subset were set up for different risk evaluation index,and determine the risk probability of the subset of risk assessment indicators,the risk value of the risk consequence is determined by the accident investigation method and the expert evaluation method,the principal component analysis method is used to determine the index value of the comprehensive evaluation index of the mountain road,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the modified weight value of driving risk factors in mountainous highway.The fuzzy mathematical model is used to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of traffic risk.Secondly,according to the accident probability value of mountain road,combined with the seriousness of traffic accident loss,to determine the criteria of traffic risk classification,the traffic risk classification of mountain road is divided into five levels,namely,minor risk,lower risk,general risk,serious risk and catastrophic risk.This paper analyzes the causes of the risk of different grades,and taking the corresponding risk prevention and control technology in the mountainous highway with different risk levels,such as improving safety facilities,driving speed control,traffic management and emergency rescue.In view of different driving conditions,the risk evaluation index is introduced into the risk evaluation model to evaluate the driving risk of mountain highway.Finally,the 212 line Xichang gangyao to the south Ningxia hulu mouth(Tangjiaping)is selected as the example of traffic risk assessment of mountain road,and the traffic risk level of the road section is used as result of evaluatin by the model analysis result.Through the analysis of traffic risk assessment process and evaluation results,researching of the practicality and rationality mountain road traffic risk assessment method.Based on the analysis of commonly used methods of risk assessment and the study of the of principle road traffic safety in mountainous areas,this paper proposes a fuzzy mathematics evaluation model to study the driving risk level of mountain road and provide the basis for scientific management measures of mountainous highway...
