Contrary to the internal prestressing that the prestressed reinforcement is arranged inside the concrete structure,the external prestressing will be installed in vitro.It can be anchored with concrete pouring anchorage for its anchoring.And the deflection of the reinforcement can be deflected by placing the steering block at the required deflection.By using the external prestressing technology and precast segmental box girder,Wuhu Yangtze River Highway Bridge not only can save the concrete dosage,obtains the good economic benefit,but also can control the section of the construction quality,improves the structure the durability,obtains the good quality assurance.Combined with field practice,this paper introduced the application of the box girder load test,load test of the basic principles and basic process are summarized,from the classification of the load test,load test,load test preparations.Through ANSYS mainly on prestressed box girder bridge,in tensioning,dead load,vehicle load conditions,nonlinear finite element analysis,then from the structural deformation,cracking of concrete,concrete compression yield,systematic quantitative analysis and comparison.All kinds of problems and solutions in the process of ANSYS modeling can provide some reference data for the construction and design of the box girder in the future.
