In recent years, with the development of bridge construction, assembly technique of segmental box girder prefabrication, because of its fine construction quality, shorten of the construction period and reduce the existing traffic impact, has been widely recognized all over the world. Based on precast segmental bridges in Wuhu Second Highway Bridge55m continuous beam system, this paper discusses some key issues for the design of this type of bridge as follows:(1) Precast segmental box girder methodMainly discussing the long line method and short line method and matching construction, the two methods were compared and analyzed, then showing the advantage of short line method.(2) Segmental box girder prefabrication and construction controlMainly introduces the achievement of the precast segments of linear control, controling the accuracy of the template in construction process and matching beam positioning and also the segment precasting error, for further analysis. Then, analysis of camber control in the process of segmental box girder precasting and assembling.(3) segmental precast segmental erection of continuous beam bridge analysisThe chapter analyze of pre camber results in segmental precast bridge5x55m bridge in typical simply supported stage and completion stage, calculating and analyzing of the temporary prestress on the segmental box girder assembly segments. Then, analysising the typical bridge analysis force under various working conditions and the full bridge integral.(4) the finite element analysis of external prestressing and Steering blocksCombined with Wuhu highway second bridge5x55m Bridge, analysis of external prestressing loss,and discussing the external prestressing of tension control force,and then to stress analysis of Steering blocks.
