| Since OSV is more easily affected by wind,wave and greatly influenced by the tides while sailing in the channel,for the requirement of its speed and its sailing routes,it is usually only operating under the captain’s anticipation experience to achieve the reasonable goal or energy conservation.Therefore,the voyage plan of OSV is optimizable.For OSV fleet,there is great energy saving space.This essay is based on such a background,in order to reduce fuel consumption on the voyage,through the study of wind and wave impact of the hull on the voyage of the ship and the fluctuation of the tides in the channel,according to the natural meteorological conditions,change the speed of the ship sailing between the oil platforms or the sailing route,to make the offshore support vessel’s main engine fuel consumption minimizing on the voyage.Firstly,for the working environment,navigation plan and on-site fuel saving measures of the OSV,the essay study the environmental disturbance such as wind,wave,tide force effecting on the ship,seeing these environmental interference force as a kind of resistance,to set up the wind,wave and tide shipping mathematical motion model;Then,according to the actual situations simulate single voyage plan and natural meteorological conditions of the OSV from the port to returning,calculate the exposed resistance of the ship according to the ship type parameters of the target vessel,establish the main engine fuel consumption model as the optimized model according to the transmission process of the main engine and the method of calculating the effective power of the ship;Next,optimize the optimized model by using the multi-objective optimization method based on the Genetic Algorithm to get the optimization results.Lastly,analyze the fuel consumption operated by optimization results with the fuel consumption operated by economy speed.The results show that sailing with the optimization results of the optimal speed or the optimal route,the main engine fuel consumption can reach a minimum,achieving the goal of energy saving.In the path shortest voyage plan,the main engine fuel consumption with optimization results can save 9%in contrast to the main engine fuel consumption with economic speed.In the voyage plan with task,compared to the same optimization of sailing line 1 and sailing line 2,the sailing line 2 can save main engine fuel consumption 3%.,and sailing line 2 is the optimal route of the voyage plan. |
