| It costs about 12% of total electricity spending in the part of the maximum demand for electricity(MD)bill in industrial and mining enterprises.The charge of MD of electricity is equivalent to the fixed part of the electricity bill,which is the product of the maximum load power of the month and the unit price.In order to reduce the spend of the electricity,the main way is to reduce the volatility of the power.According to the historical data of production,maintenance,production and power consumption of L steel plant,we analyzed the correlation between the factors and the maximum demand of the plant in this paper,with the help of the establishment of mathematical models and other methods.And we got the conclusion: the production plan,the maintenance plan and the electricity load grouping situation and so on has the most remarkable influence to the plant’s biggest demand.At the end of this paper,a set of optimization scheme of the production plan and a set of evaluation method of the maintenance plan are proposed.And we optimize the power load distribution scheme of L steel plant by the way of genetic algorithm.It had obvious effects after the implementation of the program.And it has guiding significance in reducing the maximum electricity demand of enterprises. |
