The pushed fleet in the river is draft shallow,excellent maneuverability and low operating costs.It is an essential ship in the river.The fleet is asked to have a high maneuverability when operating in the river.So part of the fleet has catheter paddle system with a double reversing rudder,as the steering and power system of pushed fleet to ensure its maneuverability.The simulator of pushed fleet in the river is different from other simulators of the ship due to its special handling system.So it needs to conduct a detailed study.The pushed:fleet simulator as an important equipment for training the crew in the river.The research about it has a very good effect on the training of the crew.Establishing a mathematical model similar to a real ship makes the training closer to the actual situation,so that the role of the simulator to maximize.In this respect,this article has done the following work:Firstly,with the idea of the separate model,the pushed fleet is seen as a boat.It is established that the four degrees of freedom mathematical model considering the wind and flow in the river environment.Secondly,using the method of computational fluid dynamics,The hydrodynamic performance of the revering rudder is analyzed.The lift coefficient curve and the resistance coefficient curve of the reversing rudder are obtained by software.Calculate the numerical and model test values is compared,finding results generally consistent.Finally,the causes of the rudder force and the causes of some errors are explained by analyzing the pressure cloud and velocity vector.Thirdly,the four degrees of freedom mathematical model of the pushed fleet with reversing rudder is established.VS2013 programming software is used to build simulation platform.First of all reversing the ship test and ship advance test,are compared with real ship data.The results are within the allowable limits.And then the following test:Turning test,10°/10° Zigzag test,turning test with stream interference and turning test with wind interference and so on.The ship maneuverability forecast is carried out with these tests.Finally,the pusher test is performed.The results are within the allowable limits.Based on the idea of the sparation model,mathematical model of pushed fleet is established.It makes ship types in the river simulator rich.It provides some theoretical basis for maneuverability forecasting of fleet.It has some practical value in terms of the development of the equipment of crew training.
