At present,China’s urban space growth has entered the stage of transformation and development.Growth management has become the main paradigm of urban planning,and urban growth boundary has been widely used in China as one of the effective control tools.However,different urban development stage,social and economic level and the main factors such as the development of the impact of the boundaries of urban development boundaries significantly different,part of the implementation of policy management system to be optimized.Therefore,how to define the urban growth boundary under the premise of scientifically and rationally protecting the local characteristics of each research area becomes a key link to the sustainable development of our special type city.In this paper,based on the evaluation of the ecological value of green infrastructure in coal resource city,this paper discusses the relationship between urban spatial growth and ecological resource constraints,and discusses the typical coal resource city Huainan City,which is rich in coal resources,Under the guidance of GIA,the delimitation of urban growth boundary.The paper consists of three parts:The first part is basic research.Chapter 2 focuses on the framework and technical route of this paper.Chapter 2 is a summary of the research on the growth boundary of cities at home and abroad,defines the urban growth boundary and related concepts,and puts forward the use of GIA system to control the urban spatial expansion in the appropriate development area In order to facilitate the scientific development of urban boundaries,in order to achieve the active resource protection of coal resources city resources.The second part is the main research content.Chapter 3 mainly constructs the GIA-SLEUTH model of the traditional urban growth boundary delineation and GIA’s "cross frame",which is suitable for the boundary of the coal resource-based city.The analysis point of the model is based on the method of land use transfer matrix,3S(RS,GIS,GPS)spatial analysis,GI spatial factor analysis and SLEUTH spatial simulation.The And ultimately to achieve the protection of resources,land development and the coupling between the characteristics of land,so that the city coordinatedThe third part is the empirical research content.Chapter 4 is mainly based on the typical coal resource city Huainan City as the research object.Firstly,the paper analyzes the suitability of the urban growth boundary model of coal resource city Huainan City,mainly from the spatial expansion characteristics,land use and landscape pattern of Huainan City in the past 30 years.Secondly,according to the GI network element identification model process identification analysis of Huainan City,the development of constraints,the potential supply of land and spatial distribution.And then use the GIA-SLEUTH model,which is suitable for the growth boundary of coal resource-based cities,to simulate and forecast the possible expansion of cities in2020.Based on this,the urban growth boundary is defined as the shrewd growth model of the current coal resource-based cities Under the planning of urban space management approach to provide a useful reference.And the results and conclusions are as follows:(1)The land use and landscape pattern change in Huainan City’s time scale are analyzed,such as rapid expansion of space,inefficient protection of cultivated land and frequent land use change,and so on.Huizhou City GIA analysis of Huainan City rigid growth boundary and GI comprehensive ranking information with urban growth potential land supply area two aspects of content;(3)Huainan City GIA-SLEUTH space simulation Huainan City in2020 more reasonable elastic growth The boundary area(considering the subsidence area)is551 square kilometers.
