With the rapid development of economy and the level of human life high standards of today,limited soil resources have been unable to meet the needs of industrial production,population and living in some cities.In the face of the contradiction between the shortage of soil resources and their production and living needs,at home and abroad began to embark on a large number of coastal port cities in the field of construction,Even a relatively large area of the developed countries in the implementation of land reclamation,land reclamation and other projects.With the development and construction of a large number of wading projects,the problem of soft soil foundation is more and more prominent and pay attention to the problem both at home and abroad,and started a lot of research.When the large area of soft soil foundation,considering the feasibility and economy,,the treatment method of soft soil is adopted,and the results are more abundant at home and abroad.In our country,with the development of economy,at present,the research and research results of soft soil are mainly aimed at the coastal soft soil in coastal cities such as Shanghai and Tianjin,Inland plains,hills,mountains,forests and other inland areas there are many areas not involved.Due to the influence of geographical location,the distribution of geological stratification is different.In this paper,the soft soil of Binhu New District in Hefei is taken as the research object,the industrial by-product blast furnace slag was used as the main curing material,and Magnesium Oxide,quicklime,and so on were used as auxiliary curing materials to better stimulate the solidification effect of blast furnace slag,so the relevant curing experiment was carried out.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Study on the soft soil in Binhu area of Hefei area in inland areaThrough a large number of domestic and foreign literature on the curing field and based on the regional differences.In this paper,under the guidance of the theory of urban soft soil in the coastal areas of China,the Hefei Lake soft soil is chosen as the research object.(2)Granulated blast furnace slag powder as main curing agent for soft clayAnalysis of engineering characteristics of soft soil in Hefei Lake,potential hydration activity based on GGBS,hydration products are the same as cement,the main components are hydrated calcium silicate and hydrated calcium aluminate withcementation,which can be used as the main curing agent for GGBS soft clay..(3)Study on Magnesium Oxide and quicklime as the activatorGGBS in the normal temperature water is slow,using Magnesium Oxide and quicklime as activator to promote the hydration of soft clay.The effect of slag powder GGBS,MgO and quicklime on the curing effect and the dosage range were determined.(4)The optimum proportion of curing agent GGBS and activator MgO and quicklime was determinedThe experimental design of the cured material was carried out by using the Central Composite model in response surface module of Design-Expert software and according to the design of the test and record data;The experimental data is then input into the software operation interface,the regression equation fitting analysis,variance analysis and interaction analysis were carried out by CCD model,so as to establish the function model between the external variable factor and the intensity response value,then the optimal proportion of the composite curing agent is determined,and the test value is compared with the predicted value of the regression equation to test the practicability of the model.
